I was curious about this restaurant when I happened to pass by it. The restaurant is located in what looks like a mansion, and like the outside of the restaurant, the inside has the atmosphere of a high class restaurant. We ordered the special Shigaraki course for lunch, priced at 3,400 yen. In addition to 11 kinds of sushi, it also included an appetizer, chawan-mushi (steamed rice in a bowl), and red miso soup. The sushi, made by the owner, was all delicious, and when serving it, he would tell us where he got it from, so we could enjoy our meal with peace of mind.
