Freshly fried skewers are very crispy. The balance between the batter and the ingredients is very good. The kushikatsu is served with a lot of sauce. It is delicious without the sauce, but since the sauce is the main selling point of this restaurant, I felt that I had to have it with the sauce. We tasted plenty of vegetables, meat, and seafood. Beer is a must with kushikatsu. Beer is delicious and goes well with the kushikatsu.
