The pasta, which changes weekly, was very delicious with the aroma of soy sauce combined with the umami of clams. The moderate spiciness of the shishito peppers added a nice accent, and the texture of the noodles was pleasant. The combination of salad, garlic toast, and a drink was satisfying, and the toast was crispy with butter soaked into every corner. The pudding had a soft texture, and the ice cream on top paired well with the subtly bitter caramel. The roast beef bowl had moist and tender meat, and adding a little wasabi enhanced the aroma. The appearance of the latte was enjoyable, and the calm atmosphere allowed for a relaxing time.
