The variety of Korean side dishes is abundant, and just looking at them is enjoyable. Kimbap is small but flavorful, and it goes down easily. The pig's feet are pre-cut and easy to handle, and I’m happy that they come with vinegar miso. The kimchi and squid/octopus side dishes have a balance of sweetness and spiciness that gradually builds up. There are also dishes with the aroma of sesame and whole garlic, which makes it hard to resist reaching for more. The Korean-style hot dog is coated and fried, and the combination of cheese and sausage is excellent, plus it’s fun to choose your own sauce.
