Located in a corner of the eighth floor of a department store, it has a bright open space that is easy to enter. The shelves are lined with unique ingredients and sweets from Okinawa, which is exciting just to look at. When I boiled the fresh Okinawa soba at home, it was smooth and chewy, and the aroma of the soup paired perfectly. The drink made with green-cut shikuwasa has a mild acidity that refreshes the throat. The brown sugar-flavored tannafakuru has a crumbly texture and a gentle sweetness that lingers. The store also offers fresh products like sea grapes and mozuku, making it a place where you can fully enjoy the Okinawan atmosphere.
