The warmth of the wooden counter creates a calm atmosphere. Each piece is well-balanced in flavor, and you can fully appreciate the umami without needing to add soy sauce. The attention to detail in the preparation, from the appetizers to the sushi, really highlights the quality of the ingredients. The clear soup with clams and seaweed left a particularly strong impression. The sake is served at the perfect temperature, making the pairing very enjoyable. The time spent here is special, and it makes me love the nights in Okinawa even more.
