I have always been curious about this izakaya! This is the restaurant that appeared in the first episode of Gourmet of Solitude~*(^o^)/*. The restaurant is small and seems to fill up quickly, but we were able to get to the counter just as the person in front of us was leaving! Tsukune Piman Negima I had the Tsukune green pepper! Tsukune green bell pepper, I had heard rumors about it, but I was so impressed with its taste! We mash one tsukune in a raw green pepper and eat it together! The tsukune has a strong flavor, which softens the bitterness of the green pepper. The balance is perfect and the best combination. I love this kind of atmosphere! I haven't really explored this area yet, but I would like to use this place as a base to explore the area in the future.

I visited "Shosuke," a Showa-era yakitori restaurant, with my boss who lives in Monnaka, because I wanted to try Tsukune Piman after watching Hanamaru Hakata on TV. I was smiling at the cute mom who looked just like on TV. Tsukune and fresh green peppers, the juiciness of the tsukune goes perfectly with the refreshing texture of the green peppers. Another dish I was curious about on TV was the fried rice. Jako, ume plum, shiso leaves and sesame. There's no reason why it can't be tasty, and a great snack, this fried rice is a must-have. Just like on TV, the regulars are cheerful and friendly. I will go there from now on!
