As a bread lover, I wanted to visit this store! It's the bakery I've always wanted to try!
I'm so glad that I told you that I love bread and that you decided to give it to me as a gift!
Kyoku bread 600 yen
It is very heavy!
When you open the wrapping paper, you can smell the delicious aroma of bread.
I try it raw...it's so soft and chewy!
It's not as fluffy, but it's more resilient and tasty.
I tried baking it lightly, but the chewy texture disappears when baked, so it tastes better raw.
Personally, my favorite bread is paneer.
but this one is a different type and delicious!
Bread is a very deep thing...
Indian Curry Bread
The dough is just the right thinness and the curry is well balanced.
The curry is spicy and tangy!
I don't like spicy food, so maybe I was sensitive to it?
But it was delicious with a refreshing aftertaste!

The dough is moist and brioche dough.
Not a lot of cream, but it has a gentle taste with a lot of eggs.
The dough of cream buns must be moist type.
All three types were bought according to my taste.
