Renowned for Grilled Seasonal Fish Sealed with Charcoal Flavor
Beloved for many years in Urawa, 'Kura' is a famous establishment for Genshiyaki, where seasonal fish is carefully grilled over charcoal. The thick, juicy grilled fish is praised for its perfect seasoning, allowing guests to enjoy it from head to tail. The freshness and aroma of the sashimi and grilled dishes stand out, and the extra step of deep-frying the grilled bones is a delightful touch.
