There are many options for okonomiyaki and monjayaki, and the batter for the pork and egg is fluffy, with a strong pork flavor. The snacks made on the hot plate are also enjoyable, and the butter soy sauce with squid liver and the large grilled scallops are fragrant and pair perfectly with alcohol. The staff finishes the monjayaki to a perfect degree of doneness, making it irresistibly aromatic.
