The atmosphere is calm, and the interior of the shop is clean and comfortable. The owner is managing the place, and both the counter and the tatami seating are relaxing. The small dish that was served first has a gentle flavor that is soothing. The simmered offal is rich yet not overwhelming, and the cooking of the vegetables is just right. The hearty salad and cheese spring rolls are also fragrant, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. It pairs well with draft beer and lemon sour, and I felt it was a warm shop bustling with local customers.
