The small shop with only a counter is clean and comfortable to spend time in. The restroom is also clean and easy for women to use. A young chef manages everything by himself, and the calm service is just right. The natural local fish and Shamo chicken are the highlights, and the sashimi platter and charcoal-grilled dishes are rich in flavor and truly delicious. The selection of sake is good, and if you express your preferences, they will suggest a drink that suits the day. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but I felt it was a nice place to quietly savor the experience.

The entrance with the cedar ball has a great atmosphere, and I felt excited the moment I walked in. The small interior with just a counter is clean, and the restroom is also tidy. A young owner manages the place alone, and their modest and attentive service is pleasant. The signature dishes feature fresh local fish and shamo chicken, and the sashimi and charcoal-grilled items have a rich flavor. The selection of sake is extensive, and it's fun to communicate my preferences and have them recommend options. The ginger pork for lunch comes with mushrooms and small side dishes, making it easy to eat and very satisfying.
