In a space where the sea spreads out before you, the view through the glass counter is exciting. The Italian-based dishes that make use of Amami's ingredients are all fragrant, allowing you to feel the local culture. I particularly enjoyed the island fish carpaccio and the bouillabaisse-style fish dish. For dessert, the fondant chocolate made with brown sugar pairs perfectly with the fruit sauce. In the morning, the light and delicious set with soup, tomato gratin, and bread was also great. There is a wide variety of drinks, including wine, flavored local beer, and brown sugar shochu, making it enjoyable even for bar use.
