I was taken to the restaurant by a senior employee of the company. I was a little nervous because of the luxurious atmosphere of the restaurant. We had a seasonal kaiseki dinner, and all the dishes were seasonal, elegant, and delicious. The takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with crab) was especially gorgeous, and the crab meat was also very filling. The gentle umami of the dashi broth, the umami of the crab, and the condiments were exquisitely matched and very tasty.
