After walking a little from the station, a cozy Spanish restaurant appears. It operates on a reservation-only basis, so once you enter, you can enjoy a calm, private atmosphere. When you take your seat, a handwritten board welcoming you, made just for you, adds to the excitement. The omakase course is well-balanced, featuring everything from tapas to paella, with authentic aromas wafting through the air. The particularly fragrant paella had the flavors deeply infused into the rice, making it impossible to stop eating. The master's ukulele performance and warm conversation filled not just my stomach but also my heart.
