I found this place around Tachikawa Station and was excited by the lively atmosphere. The interior is bustling, and it quickly fills up with customers. The shredded cabbage that comes out first is plentiful and refreshing to nibble on, which is delightful. The gyoza comes in a mixed platter, allowing for a variety of flavors, and it's fun to compare them with four types of dipping sauces and salt. The chicken wing gyoza, shrimp, and garlic gyoza are all juicy, bursting with meat juices when you bite into them. The green onion ponzu with the boiled gyoza is also refreshing, and thanks to the staff's advice on how to eat it, I enjoyed it even more.
