The texture, aroma, color, and throat feel of the soba noodles are wonderful. The soba sauce is also to my taste. The dishes in which the soba noodles are served are also very tasteful. The soba water is thick and goes well with the soba sauce. The soba noodles with a generous portion of iwa nori (seaweed) are also delicious. The staff at the restaurant has a pleasant smile, which enhances the taste of the soba.
