This is a takeout shop that specializes in takeout with no in-store dining. You can make a reservation by phone and pick it up, making the process very smooth. The variety of ingredients prepared, such as tuna, flounder, shrimp, red clam, squid, octopus, salmon roe, herring roe, and surf clam, is exciting. The melt-in-your-mouth sea urchin has no unpleasant smell, and its umami spreads beautifully. The flounder has a nice texture, and the shrimp with heads on is impressive, along with the tender boiled octopus, and I am satisfied with the careful sushi preparation. The availability of parking is helpful, and the tekka maki (tuna rolls) had a generous amount of tuna, making them quite filling.
