I enjoyed my meal here. The chilled Chinese noodles were very refreshing and I could eat them without getting tired of the taste until the end. They were topped generously with char siu, and garnished with egg, cucumber, tomato, jellyfish, leafy lettuce, shredded white onion, pickled ginger, and mustard, making it visually appealing. The sauce had a strong soy sauce flavor, with just the right amount of acidity and a moderate sweetness. The yellow curly noodles had a nice texture and were cooked to perfection. I also love the ginger pork set meal, and I think it's the best here.
