The first dish, soba gaki, is delightful when enjoyed with wasabi and soy sauce, as it has a fluffy and chewy texture that spreads its aroma. The assortment of fried foods and vegetables pairs well with soba salt, and each item provides a satisfying experience. You can choose two types of soba, and the warm grated ginger soba has a thick broth that offers a fun change in flavor as you gradually add more ginger. The mori soba, even at 100% buckwheat, is not easily broken and has a pleasantly smooth texture, allowing you to enjoy the soba broth thoroughly. The sweet soba gaki served after the meal, topped with black syrup and soybean flour, is also delicious, and the service is pleasant, leaving you feeling happy.
