Anago Ryori Hiiragi Main Restaurant offers a wide variety of conger eel dishes, mainly grilled and steamed conger eel, and take-out bento boxes are also available. In particular, the conger eel, which is grilled slowly using the hand-roasted method, is characterized by its savory aroma and tenderness. Anago maki sushi and boxed sushi are also offered, and are well-reputed for their fresh anago flavor.

Various tatami rooms are available for groups or small groups. There are dug-out zashiki and private tatami rooms for a quiet dining experience. In addition, zashiki rooms separated by partitions can accommodate up to 16 people. There is also a private table room that can be used without removing shoes.
