Red Brick (Thick Fried Roast)
We have luxuriously cut 250g of premium loin from SPF Iwate pork and fried it carefully. The fried appearance resembles a 'brick', which is why the menu name is 'Red Brick'. First, try it with natural salt and a squeeze of lemon. Next, enjoy the flavor variations with our homemade sauce and then with miso sauce. Limited quantity available, and it will take about 20 minutes to serve.
