As soon as I entered the store, a bright and stylish atmosphere spread out, and I felt excited right away. There are counters and tables, making it easy to sit alone and feel at ease. The first dish I ordered, a platter of grilled beef tongue skewers, was fragrant, and with every bite, the umami burst forth. The beef tongue stew, simmered to perfection, was so tender that it fell apart with a spoon, and the rich sauce was addictive. I was also happy that the barley rice and oxtail soup were free to refill, which made me keep reaching for my chopsticks. I even got to enjoy beef tongue curry with a hint of spices, and I was filled with satisfaction until the very end.

The shop on the second floor of the building is bright and clean, allowing for a relaxed experience. From the counter, you can see the beef tongue being grilled over charcoal, and the savory aroma is exciting. The thick slices of aged tongue are surprisingly tender, and with every bite, the flavor spreads. The rice with barley and the rich oxtail soup can be refilled, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The braised tongue stew and the spice-scented tongue curry each have their own unique character, making it enjoyable. With spacious seating and a calm atmosphere, this is a wonderful place to casually enjoy delicious tongue dishes.
