The sizzling stir-fried meat and vegetables on the iron plate are very fragrant. It contains meat and is packed with plenty of vegetables, making it quite filling. I’m happy that when you order it as a set meal, it comes with rice, miso soup, and a small side dish. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, and you can really taste the aroma of the mountain vegetables. I heard they use local ingredients, which made it taste even better. The staff are kind, and it’s helpful that they allow you to take home any leftovers in a container.
