It's exciting to enjoy the dishes prepared by students who will become professionals in a restaurant run by a cooking school. I chose Chinese cuisine, and I was satisfied with the well-balanced offerings, including dim sum, sweet and sour pork, and a creamy shrimp dish. There was also a luxurious soup that left a pleasant impression with its aroma and thickness. The table was set with tea infused with flower petals, creating a lovely bright atmosphere. The staff provided thorough guidance and explanations, and their brisk movements were also impressive. There was a handmade touch in many aspects, making the dining experience very enjoyable.
