Upon entering the restaurant, I feel at ease in the bright atmosphere. The smiling owner welcomes me, and both the tatami room and the sunken kotatsu are very comfortable. The lunch set includes a good balance of sashimi, simmered fish, and fried items, allowing for a delightful variety of flavors. I chose the multigrain rice, and the fluffy rice paired perfectly with the gently seasoned simmered sardines. The fried horse mackerel can be enjoyed with sauce, soy sauce, or tartar sauce, keeping it interesting until the end. I was able to thoroughly enjoy my coffee after the meal, making it a highly satisfying dining experience.
