Okinawa Chouju no Shokutaku

A cultural experience meal course to be experienced in an old Okinawan house near Churaumi Aquarium. Based on the theme of Okinawa's wisdom of longevity, participants will experience the food culture and lifestyle passed down from grandmothers who are nearly 100 years old, through images and cuisine. Simple and wholesome Okinawan cuisine using island vegetables, island tofu, and traditional cooking methods will be served. Please enjoy this special 90-minute experience of the Okinawan way of life in a quiet and private setting that cannot be experienced in tourist areas.
