Spreading a thin batter on a hot plate and layering it with vegetables and yakisoba is exciting. Finished on a sizzling hot plate, the aroma alone is enough to stimulate the appetite. The soba is crispy on the bottom, and it pairs well with the sweet cabbage and sauce. The yakisoba with shrimp and octopus is also packed with ingredients, and it has a fun little kick to it afterward. The plate topped with a wobbly fried egg and shiso looks beautiful, and it brings happiness when you take a bite. The interior is bright and pleasant, with a wide variety of snacks, and it's nice that they have happy hour too.

The interior of the restaurant is free from unpleasant odors, and it feels clean and refreshing, allowing for a pleasant experience. You can watch the cooking on the iron plate right in front of you, and the delightful sound of the spatula and the chef's skill is exciting. The yakisoba dipped in raw egg has noodles that are perfectly loosened, and the spiciness becomes mellow, making it the best. The okonomiyaki, filled with plenty of seafood, is light and fluffy, and its presentation is beautiful. The thick butter-grilled scallops and the sweet-tasting offal dish leave a lasting impression with their careful flavors. The Hiroshima-style pancake, fragrant with green onions and shiso, becomes even more mellow and irresistibly delicious when you break the yolk.
