As you pass through the entrance, a wall full of signs greets you, instantly raising your expectations. The aroma of charcoal fills the air, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and there are counter seats as well as second-floor seating where you can sit comfortably. The heart (hatsu) is thick, very fresh, and melts in your mouth with just a light sear. Cuts like the flank (kainomi), skirt (harami), and beef intestines (tecchan) also burst with juices when grilled on the shichirin, bringing happiness. The small plates of kimchi, namul, and garlic tomatoes are plentiful, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The staff kindly teaches you how to grill, allowing you to enjoy your meal until the very end.
