When I sat at the counter, I was excited as seasonal appetizers were served one after another. The sashimi had a wide variety, and the richness of the tuna made me smile involuntarily. The nigiri had a perfect size of rice, and the freshness of the toppings was clearly conveyed. There was also a risotto-style dish that showcased the chef's creativity and a bowl of agedashi tofu, which kept me entertained without getting bored. The selection of sake changes every time, and I was pleased that they would even serve brands not on the menu if I expressed my preferences. Thanks to the attentive and humorous service, I was able to spend a comfortable and relaxing time.
