It's a cozy sushi restaurant with 7 seats at the counter in Shin Itabashi. The last time I came here was 2 years ago, I heard that the price has been increased by 2000 yen this year. I can't put into words how wonderful the course was, I'm not good at sea urchin, albacore, foie gras I can only eat Matsumoto's 😭✨. Nearly 30 items were served, and this price includes the cost of alcohol. In case you are wondering, they say it is hard to get reservations, but I am not sure why it is so hard to get reservations. It is scattered about as being cosy, but since it is in Itabashi, I guess that is to be expected. However, the hojicha (roasted green tea) brûlée was delicious.

Sushi Matsumoto in Itabashi Sushi Matsumoto - 3.61 on the food log! ✩ 10,000 yen omakase (from January, 10,000 yen) A popular restaurant where reservations fill up in 5 minutes 😭 The price is 🍣👀 for the amount of food and the gorgeous ingredients. The price has been raised, but still satisfying: ‼️ More than 20 items and nigiri are served: 🙆‍♀️ The MVP of the day was the ♡Torotaku Unotan Maki♡! The roll is filled with a lot of ingredients 👏. The abalone steamed egg custard was also delicious with a crispy texture and a rich broth. The menu changes with the seasons, so this is a restaurant I want to visit regularly 😀❤️ #🍣
