Upon entering, the interior of the restaurant is very clean and comfortable. The service is attentive, allowing for a pleasant experience from the start. The soba, made from Hokkaido-produced buckwheat flour, has a fragrant aroma and a smooth texture that makes it enjoyable to eat. The balance of sweetness and spiciness in the dipping sauce is just right, and it pairs excellently with the condiments. There are also shrimp tempura, which goes well with the soba. The selection of sake is good, and you can enjoy the soba broth deliciously at the end.
