The distance across the counter feels comfortable, and the warm hospitality of the couple comes through. From the very first dish, the layering of aromas is beautiful, and although delicate, the flavors are memorable. The amuse-bouche of grilled Spanish mackerel paired with rose jelly is light and whets the appetite. The baked risotto with oysters is crispy yet chewy, and the creamy mushroom sauce pairs well. The roasting of the fish and the fragrant cooking of the Ezo deer are also splendid, and the contrast in textures is enjoyable. Even the dessert of vacherin and small sweets is not lacking, making it a delightful course until the end.

It was included in the new Michelin selection and met my expectations. It is located on the second floor and has counter seats and table seats. The restaurant serves authentic French cuisine centered around classic dishes, with a clear flavor profile. The appetizer, featuring the umami of scallops and clams combined with caviar, was very impressive. The roasted red meat had a pleasant aroma of herb butter, allowing for a delightful aftertaste. The white wine paired well with the dishes, enhancing the appeal of the ingredients throughout the entire course.

I learned that it was selected for the Michelin selection, so I went with high expectations. The interior has a relaxed atmosphere, with both counter and table seating, allowing for a quiet and comfortable experience. The course flows well from the beginning to the end, and the portions are enjoyable without being overwhelming. The dishes convey the quality of the ingredients clearly, and the cooking and seasoning were very exquisite. The wine selection is abundant, and it pairs perfectly with the food. I also look forward to the menu changing with the seasons.
