With a calm atmosphere, you can enjoy your time from the counter to the tatami room according to your needs. There is a rich variety of creative menu items that transcend the boundaries of Japanese and Western cuisine, making it fun to choose from ramen, pizza, and pasta. The smoked mackerel has a wonderful aroma, and the fried octopus was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, making it hard to stop eating. The squid menchi and boiled oysters with refreshing ponzu sauce each highlighted the quality of the ingredients. The shrimp mayo pizza is generously topped with plump shrimp and is popular for takeout as well. You can also enjoy ingredients from Aomori and local yaki soba, which convey a commitment to experiencing the seasons.

The smoked dish and the fluffy dashi rolled omelet were impressive. The pizza made with Myoko tomatoes had a wonderful aroma and was satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the horse sashimi, which brought a smile to my face. The chicken tempura was also very delicious. I'm excited about the menu featuring ingredients from Aomori and the tsuyu yakisoba. In addition to the counter and tables, there is also a tatami room in the back, allowing for a wide range of enjoyment from creative dishes to ramen.
