Since it's a sunken kotatsu seat, you can stretch your legs and relax comfortably. The appetizers and sashimi that are served as a chef's choice are filled with the blessings of the sea and are very fresh. In particular, the thick scallops and the texture of the boiled octopus were enjoyable, making me smile involuntarily. The lightly vinegared mackerel and the umami-rich steamed shellfish were also exquisitely prepared, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The variety of sake suggested to pair with the dishes is extensive, and I was excited to encounter some rare brands. The friendly conversations with the staff were pleasant, and whether at the counter or at a table, this restaurant offers a comfortable atmosphere.
