It was so delicious! Not only the soba, but also the tempura and miso were so delicious! And the atmosphere is great! We made a reservation for the 11:30 opening time and left before 12:30, but there was already an hour wait. I recommend making a reservation! What we had Tenzaru Yukibana soba with grated yam Wasabi miso ★The best when eaten with soba! Local Sake

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were immediately called by name and I was shown to my seat. The atmosphere was as tasteful and It was a nice and cozy restaurant. The tempura was gorgeous and delicious. The soba water was thick and everything was great. It was the best memory of our trip.

It was very delicious. My husband, who loves buckwheat noodles, was also pleased. The wasabi (Japanese horseradish) was very aromatic, and it was also very tasty when dipped in the soba. It seemed to be a popular restaurant and many people were lined up even before the restaurant opened. The garden was nice, and since we made a reservation, we were able to get a good seat without waiting in line.

From the window seat, we could see the autumn leaves. The soba had the elasticity and chewiness of country buckwheat noodles, and the more one chewed, the more the flavor of the buckwheat spread. The broth was richly flavored with dashi broth and was not too sweet, and went well with the soba noodles. Sobayu (buckwheat water) was also served. We also had soba with tempura, which was crispy and delicious. It was a great time to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
