We take pride in our handmade 2:8 soba made with underground water, which is characterized by its smooth texture and rich flavor. The 'Alps Wasabi Soba' features wasabi stems pickled on top of the mori soba, served with wasabi paste, enhancing the umami of the soba with the aroma and spiciness of wasabi. We also offer a variety of dishes that make use of local ingredients, such as freshly grilled iwana (mountain trout).

The interior has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, with the warmth of wood and a space featuring a sunken hearth that creates a sense of comfort. In the tatami seating area, you can take off your shoes, stretch your legs, and enjoy meals and conversations leisurely. It has a warm ambiance that makes it easy to drop by even alone, and it is also an ideal place to spend special moments with important people.
