The Beef Summit, one of the largest food events in Shiga Prefecture, attracted a total of 500,000 people to the shore of Lake Biwa in Hamaotsu, where I was involved as an organizer for eight years from 2011. We named the course "Beef Summit" with our memories of the event. After receiving reservations, the owner personally goes to Sakaeya in Minami-Kusatsu to purchase the best Omi beef, aged meat, fresh liver and tongue, etc., which are grilled over charcoal and served in a course that is irresistible to beef lovers. Please enjoy the richness of the earth's bounty, centering on carefully selected Omi beef, to the fullest. Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance for a minimum of 2 persons. Please note that hormone-based foods such as liver and hearts may be used in the menu. Please note that the following information is subject to change without notice.
