There is a counter and tables, and it feels comfortable. The appetizer, nikujaga, is well-flavored and makes me happy from the start. The beef tendon stew has a melting texture, and the flavor seeps into the daikon and konjac, making it satisfying. The octopus sashimi and negitoro rolls are also delicious, and I find myself enjoying the sake more. There are recommended dishes on the wall and creative cuisine that evokes the feeling of Toyama, making the selection process enjoyable. The sake selection is well-curated, and there are rules regarding the number of cups, allowing for a worry-free experience.
