We used it for a banquet, and everyone was able to toast and have a great time. Pork hot pot and steamed chicken were served, along with sashimi and tempura, which was satisfying. In particular, the seafood hot pot contained cod, salmon, shrimp, and scallops, and was full of flavor. A warm chawanmushi-style sauce was also provided, offering a comforting taste. There were also bento-style dishes and mixed sushi available, allowing for enjoyment according to the occasion. We were able to enjoy beer and highballs, which further improved the atmosphere of the gathering.
