Located in a quiet spot at the street corner, when you open the door, a counter with an iron plate greets you. The freshly baked dough is fluffy and light, and the tempura scraps and green onions are fragrant, making you want to keep eating. The 'Iso-maki' wrapped in seaweed has a nice aroma from the direct fire, and it's easy to pick up one piece at a time. The grilled dish named after the restaurant can be enjoyed with a broth soy sauce, and despite its simplicity, it has a lingering deliciousness. The aroma of the simmering beef tendon in the small iron pot is also pleasant, making you smile involuntarily. The staff are friendly, and in the relaxed atmosphere, the conversations of regular customers feel enjoyable.
