I was first excited to see the owner skillfully managing the grill in the cozy little shop. The tsukune with cartilage and bonjiri were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, bringing a smile to my face. There were many skewers with a twist, such as those wrapped with green onions and gari, making it fun to decide which one to try next. The lightly grilled white liver and local chicken sashimi had a melt-in-your-mouth texture, pairing perfectly with sake. The sweet and sour pickled kibinago that came out midway refreshed my palate and provided a nice accent. I made a reservation due to the limited seating, but I was truly satisfied with the comfortable atmosphere and the careful preparation of the dishes.
