The restaurant has a homely atmosphere, allowing for a relaxed experience. The grilling style uses charcoal and a shichirin, providing reassurance as you can see how your food is cooked. The pork tongue and shibire (fatty parts) are exceptionally delicious, and their savory aroma is addictive. The beef tongue also offers high satisfaction, and the head meat (kashira) eaten with mustard enhances the flavor significantly. They also focus on vegetables and seafood, especially the home-grown lettuce, which had a strong leaf flavor. It is easy to enter even if you are alone, and I feel it is a must-visit place for meat lovers.
