The sparkling wine had a moderate sweetness, and the bubbles were pleasant. I first ordered a few appetizers together. The potato salad had a smoky aroma, was substantial, and satisfying. The blue cheese, accented with honey and black pepper, was irresistible. The beef tripe in tomato sauce was rich in flavor, and it was even more enjoyable when eaten with bread. I also liked the cold pumpkin potage and the venison meat sauce, which paired well with both red and white wines.
