This popular restaurant serves Fukui's specialty, grated buckwheat noodles. In particular, the "Anago Ten Morisoba" is made with natural conger eel, which has a reputation for being delicious, flaky, and odorless. The thick, crispy tempura is also highly recommended. The "Shibori," a slightly spicy dipping sauce made of squeezed daikon radish juice and soy sauce, is also addictive. The firm, chewy soba goes well with the dipping sauce.

The soba is said to be locally produced for local consumption and was very tasty. They say that the dish itself is part of the meal, and we enjoyed the soba even more because it was served in a beautiful Echizen-yaki bowl. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also relaxing, and we hope to visit again.

I had Tempura Soba. It was delicious. It was very crowded and you can see why it is a popular restaurant.

The firm, chewy noodles were addictive. The tempura was crispy and very tasty. I am glad I went!
