Recently opened in the middle of Nakasu, a downtown area in Fukuoka, #Pork Soba Tsukiya is an affiliate of the popular Shina Soba Tsukiya, which serves delicious shoyu ramen: ❗️ The soup is so clear, it looks like salt ramen, but it is made from pork bones: ❗️ When you put the beautiful clear soup in your mouth, the gentle yet powerful flavor of pork bones spreads: ☺︎ I usually don't drink all of the soup no matter how delicious it is. The noodles are thin and elastic, yet silky smooth. ☺︎ First, eat it as it is, then add the green onion and capsicum on the way, which changes the flavor. The snacks were also delicious. The potato salad was simple, but definitely flavorful. The gari tomatoes not only look stylish, but the sweetness of the tomatoes combined with the acidity and texture of the gari makes for an interesting combination. Please note that the restaurant opens at 7pm and is not open during the day. ❗️ I'm going to have to go here. Maybe there will be a line soon.
