The French course offers enjoyment with each dish, and the portions are substantial. The carrot mousse has a gentle sweetness that pairs perfectly with the clear consommé jelly. I was delighted when the sea urchin appeared from within, and the onion gratin soup is aromatic even with the steam, uplifting my spirits. The foie gras expands in flavor when paired with radish, and the saltiness of the prosciutto provides a nice accent. The fish dish has a fragrant sear, pairs well with the tender green onions, and the rich sauce makes it impossible to stop eating the baguette. The timing and temperature of the dishes are exquisite, and the friendly atmosphere makes for a comfortable experience.
