This is a shop located in the eastern part of Toyama City. When you open the wooden tub, a gentle aroma of bamboo leaves wafts up, lifting your spirits. The vinegar is mild, making the rice easy to eat. The trout is tender and slightly rare, with a perfect thickness and good fat content to enjoy. Even with a little soy sauce, it pairs well, and you can't stop eating. There are also triangular bamboo leaf sushi, and both are delicious to savor.
