The interior has a calm atmosphere, allowing for a leisurely time. The hamburger is fluffy and tender, pairing well with the rich demi-glace. The fried shrimp is crispy all the way to the head, providing a pleasant texture. The chicken nanban has a moderate acidity, and the tartar sauce is well-balanced and satisfying. The miso sauce on the meat-wrapped tofu and the small dishes of hijiki and ohitashi are also carefully prepared, allowing for a good enjoyment of vegetables. I also like the stylish atmosphere with the sweet and sour dressing on the salad and the selection of wines.
