The warmth of the traditional farmhouse creates an atmosphere as if you have come to visit a countryside home. You can see the process of making soba in the kitchen, which heightens the excitement for the freshly made dish. The glossy soba has a pleasant chewiness, and I am happy to enjoy the new soba as well. The small bowls of wild vegetables and simmered dishes are full of a homemade feel, conveying the flavors of the countryside. The tempura allows you to enjoy the blessings of the mountains and even chrysanthemums, which is very satisfying. The warm soba with Aizu jidori chicken wings is tender and falls off the bone, and the collagen's rich texture is delightful.
